NOTICE OF FILMING, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND MEDIA RECORDING

Salon Posta, LLC ("Salon Posta"), located in Marietta, Georgia, regularly photographs, films, and records audio and video on its premises for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes. Additionally, Salon Posta may authorize third parties — including but not limited to business partners, content creators, influencers, media professionals, and production companies ("Authorized Third Parties") — to photograph, film, and record on its premises for their own purposes.

Content captured on Salon Posta premises may be used on websites, social media platforms, YouTube channels, podcasts, digital and print advertising, email marketing, streaming services, broadcast media, and any other media or format, whether by Salon Posta or its Authorized Third Parties.

CONSENT BY ENTRY

By entering any Salon Posta location, event, or program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Consent to Recording. You consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded (audio and video) by Salon Posta, its employees, contractors, authorized representatives, and Authorized Third Parties.

2. Grant of Rights. You grant Salon Posta and its Authorized Third Parties each a separate, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and publish your name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and appearance in any media or format, now known or hereafter developed, for any lawful purpose including advertising, promotion, marketing, entertainment, and editorial content. This license extends to content published on platforms and channels owned or operated by Authorized Third Parties, independent of Salon Posta's own channels.

3. Waiver of Claims. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied. You release Salon Posta, its Authorized Third Parties, and each of their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the capture, use, or publication of such media, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity under O.C.G.A. Section 51-1-36, defamation, or copyright infringement.

4. No Compensation. You waive any right to compensation, royalties, or payment of any kind in connection with the use of your image, likeness, voice, or appearance by Salon Posta or any Authorized Third Party.

5. Minors. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor entering the premises, you consent to and authorize the above terms on behalf of that minor.

6. Independent Use. You acknowledge that Authorized Third Parties may use content captured on Salon Posta premises independently and at their sole discretion, and that Salon Posta is not responsible for the manner in which Authorized Third Parties use such content.

OPT-OUT

If you do not wish to be photographed, filmed, or recorded, please notify a Salon Posta team member before or during your visit, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Opting out will not affect the quality of services you receive.

To request removal of content published by Salon Posta, send us a removal request using the contact information found on salonposta.com/contact. Please note that Salon Posta cannot guarantee removal of content published by Authorized Third Parties on their own platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to relay such requests.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Governing Law. This notice and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Severability. If any provision of this notice is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. This notice constitutes the complete agreement regarding filming, photography, and media recording on Salon Posta premises.

By remaining on the premises after having the opportunity to read this notice, you signify your understanding of and agreement to these terms.
