It’s important to understand that when forgetting or rescheduling appointments, without giving enough notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Other waitlisted clients miss out on receiving services.

We understand, life is busy.  We also understand that there are emergencies, call us about it and let’s chat.

We request a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The salon is closed on Sundays & Mondays, but you can still notify us with enough notice of a need to cancel or reschedule your appointment via text or email.

If you cancel or reschedule your haircut or blowout appointment with less than 24hr notice we will charge the card on file a $30 nonrefundable fee.

If you cancel or reschedule your color or smoothing treatment appointment with less than 24hr notice we will charge your card on file a $125 nonrefundable fee.

For other services such as perms, updos, etc. if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24hr notice we will charge your card on file a $50 nonrefundable fee.

For extension appointments we require a 48 hour notice. If you cancel or reschedule your extension appointment with less than 24hr notice we will charge your card on file a $200 nonrefundable fee.

The cancellation fees charged, do not go towards your future services, only the missed appointment.
